LatakiaJobs is a free platform that connects job seekers with companies. We are not an employer or a recruitment agent, and we are not a party to any employment contract between you and a company.

You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person should hold one account, and a user belongs to at most one company.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

When you use the platform as a job seeker, you agree to:

• provide truthful information and documents that belong to you;
• understand that the companies you apply to see your full profile, and that turning on the talent pool makes it visible to all registered companies;
• never apply on behalf of someone else without their consent.

When you use the platform as a company, you agree to:

• describe jobs and your company honestly, with real salaries and conditions;
• post only real vacancies, and never charge candidates any fee or ask them to pay for a job;
• use candidate data only to evaluate candidates for your own hiring and keep it confidential;
• never discriminate on grounds such as age, gender or nationality, and never use those details as selection filters on the platform;
• understand that unverified companies are labelled as such, and that we may verify, hide jobs or suspend companies at any time.

You keep ownership of what you publish, and you give us permission to display it on the platform for its purpose. Content must not be false, misleading, illegal, offensive or infringe anyone's rights. We may hide or remove content, and we tell the company when we hide a job.

You must not:

• scrape the platform or send automated requests that harm it;
• try to access data that is not yours;
• use the platform for spam, scams or fraud;
• upload files that contain malware.

Every job has a report link. We review reports and may hide jobs or suspend accounts as a result.

We work to keep the platform accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. We cannot guarantee that a job exists, that a company is honest, or that you will be hired. Verification means our team checked basic details about a company, not that we endorse it.

To the extent permitted by law, LatakiaJobs is not liable for losses that result from your use of the platform or from dealings between users.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data and is part of these terms.

We may update these terms. If the change is meaningful we will tell you in the platform. Continuing to use LatakiaJobs after a change means you accept it.
